I still need to do research on this issue, and get more feedback in order to lay out a feasible plan, but here are a few of my ideas off the top of my head.

1. •  Free access for everyone (through libraries) to information
   

2. •  high speed internet across country and business
   

3. •  Public information depositories, facts not media, non biased, scientific etc.
   

4. •  More websites like wikipedia, more free, more factual information on everything
   

5. •  Free Wifi
   

6. •  Public ownership of all unclaimed copyrights
