I still need to do research on this issue, and get more feedback in order to lay out a feasible plan, but here are a few of my ideas off the top of my head.

1. •  Reduce Crime by getting rid of the illegal drug trade.
   

2. •  Reduce violence by getting rid of the illegal drug trade
   

3. •  Allow doctors to prescribe any drug to adults.
   

4. •  Regulate and tax all drugs. 
   

5. •  Create policies and regulation that expects people not to finish all their drugs, since they don’t, and create a mandatory program of collecting unused drugs every month so they don’t get out on the street market.
   

6. •  Increase fines and penalties for misusing and selling prescribed drugs.
   

7. •  Target education and help to adults receiving addictive prescriptions through their doctors.
   

8. •  Create education program with information being distributed with all over the counter drugs and alcohol every time these drugs are bought. 
   

9. •  Make prisons boarding schools and drug/ health rehabilitation centers
   

10. •  Have access to Job education in and outside of prison, and guarantee jobs when released.
    

11. •  Have activities available for youth and adults, school, work, entrepreneurship, farming, job training.  This is the foundation to a healthy, stable, secure, and powerful economy and society.
